How does the Live Preview feature work?
Did you know that the most frequently asked question in recent years was:
"Do I get to see a preview before I pay?"
Our response to that was always:
"No, unfortunately this is not possible, because our designers create your design manually and spend a lot of time on it. They will send you a sample within 24h after purchase!"
But, we have some good news!
From now on, we are offering a Live Preview feature on all products! With this, after uploading, your photo is cut out immediately and placed in the background. You can move the photo and make it bigger or smaller with the buttons.
This allows you to see what it will roughly look like. Now I hear you thinking:
"Oh, that does look very simple."
- No, Don't worry!
After you place the order, the design team will work on your photo from A to Z.
They remove the background from your original photo, place it in the new design, add shadows, adjust color and light, and mirror the photo when it fits better. They can also remove unwanted things from the photo, or add things!
Then, within 24 hours, you will receive by email the preview as created by the design team. Now you can already see that it looks much better than the Live Preview! Now you can request further changes free of charge until you are 100% satisfied! When you have accepted the design, it will be printed and sent to you (Canvas) or emailed to you in highest quality (Digital File).
